Small Meeting Request
All requests will be reviewed by the Executive Office and cannot conflict with scientific sessions. There is extremely limited space this year, please know that your submission is pending until you hear back from the conference team.
Possible openings:
*Saturday, November 8: Between 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. EST
*Sunday, November 9: Between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST
*Monday, November 10: Between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST
*Tuesday, November 11: Between 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. EST
Groups are permitted to host events only during the approved time that will be confirmed via email from our team. Your adherence to these time frames so as to not distract participants from the scientific program is appreciated.
Please note that the space will be set as a “Conference Room”, with boardroom tables and chairs. The maximum capacity of the allotted space is 15 people.
If approved, IASR will allocate available meeting space. Any audiovisual or catering needs would be the responsibility of the group requesting the space. The IASR Conference Team will confirm costs for these services.
